The Home Fitness Equipment that is right for you

If you don't know what type of HFE is right for you, you need to get out there and try some equipment out.

Visit a local gym. Many will let you check the place out as a guest for one visit or go along with a friend who is a member. Try as many machines as you can. You may not need to spend long on the machine to know whether it is right for you. This will give you a feel for what is available and what feels best to you.

Consider what you enjoy doing when you exercise. Do you enjoy running, walking, biking, rowing and/or skiing? If you choose to do these things outside for exercise or leisure, chances are you will use and enjoy the home fitness equipment designed for that activity.

Establish your fitness goals. Do you want to have the body of a weightlifter? Do you want to stay fit and trim? Do you want aerobic fitness?
