I had the same issue when going slicing into a snow wall higher than the engine, as first I thought I had a carb/fuel issue,  but when I backed out the engine ran fine.  The engine ran fine a long as I didn't get snow into the heater box area.  My guess was that the snow was interfering with the governor linkage. |

My Ariens 932101 is going on 10 years old.  So far the only thing I did to it besides the R3 retrofit kit was a new carb this year.  It needs a new friction wheel so I will put one on in the spring. |

People take some  responsibility, check you oil before every usage.
 I love the folks that wait for the oil light to come on in their cars before they check their oil.

I use PRI-G all year round for my lawn mower, leaf  blower and snow thrower.
 I even run it in my Dakota and Civic every 4th fill-up.  At 1 oz for 16 gal it goes a long way.
