Which one would you choose and why?

The owner is under the complete idea that nothing is better than an all-metal vacuum. My grandma has a Sebo and I use it regularly. I like it and I bet it would fare well in the arcade. It wouldn't be pretty after the first few uses but it bet it would still work.

My grandma is looking at the Pet Hair eraser because of her shedding Mainecoone and calico cats. She has a Sebo X4 now, but wants the pet hair eraser for the pet hair erasing that it says it does. Is it worth moving down from the Sebo to the Pet Hair Eraser? What's the filter like in the bin of the Pet Hair Eraser? Does the brushroll stop when the handle goes up? All info/comments regarding the Pet Hair Eraser welcomed. Thank you!
