Jogging gear? Ooops, I have to go shopping. Stretch? I can do that, might tear something but I can do that. Turn everything off? Even the TV? Go back outside, inhale and start jogging? I never inhale! Nova Scotia? Surely I can do this part through a video game or something? Paula, ever wonder why are the terms Lipo and Hippo similar? You have no purrrrrty shorts??? How can that be???
You can skip the stretching, but the stiffness will set in a whole lot sooner, you may even end up in hospital. I hear the charlie horses can play havoc on a guys mind. Yes the tv has to go too. You don't need to be wasting power while you're out on the road. Smog, fog, exhaust and other things we won't mention, I can understand the not inhaling. NO!!! No video games until you get get that fat worked off. How do you think those little rolls formed. (Keep your head outta the clouds here and keep your responce on the up and up and up and up and up) Lift those knees, shake that rump roast, push those peddles, make it happen!!!!!! Sherri
