May you have enough happiness to make you sweet,
enough trials to make you strong,
enough sorrow to keep you human and
enough hope to make you happy.

Sure Marshall, be glad to help.

Step 1 - Go put on your most comfy jogging gear.  (That's what you're wearing???)

Step 2 - Go outside and stretch.  (Oh the pain of those tired muscles)

Step 3 - Go back inside, stop at fridge for something cold after all that stretching and to check the weather forecast.

Step 4 - Make sure everything is turned off and that you are sure you can do this.

Step 5 - Go back outside, inhale deeply and start jogging.  (Don't forget the shades - you may need them in the States,)

Step 6 - By the time you hit Nova Scotia, your few pounds will have been lost and you'll be looking superdy duper.

Jogging gear? Ooops, I have to go shopping.

Stretch? I can do that, might tear something but I can do that.

Turn everything off? Even the TV?

Go back outside, inhale and start jogging? I never inhale!

Nova Scotia? Surely I can do this part through a video game or something?

Paula, ever wonder why are the terms Lipo and Hippo similar?

You have no purrrrrty shorts???  How can that be???

You can skip the stretching, but the stiffness will set in a whole lot sooner, you may even end up  in hospital.  I hear the charlie horses can play havoc on  a guys mind.

Yes the tv has to go too.  You don't need to be wasting power while you're out on the road.

Smog, fog, exhaust and other things we won't mention, I can understand the not inhaling.

NO!!!  No video games until you get get that fat worked off.  How do you think those little rolls formed.  (Keep your head outta the clouds here and keep your responce on the up and up and up and up and up)  Lift those knees, shake that rump roast, push those peddles, make it happen!!!!!!

Personal messages on AbbysGuide.com are not "private". AbbysGuide administrators have access to logs of these discussions and AbbysGuide's TOS applies to PMs as well.
Kinda redefines the word "personal".
