I haven't brought a vaccum cleaner in 10 years.  When I went shopping there  were cleaners I was not sure exactly what they did.  Is there a vaccum cleaner that can also be used on vinyl floors and also as a rug cleaner?  If so, which is the most dependable and easy to use?
