I wanted to say thanks for the heads-ups re the new CR vacuum ratings.  I also wanted to learn what you and other posters here think of the user reviews Consumer reports is posting and also the"Shop Online"  link up with PriceGrabber.com.  It allows you to compare pricing for online buying.

The new CR format gets a thumbs up from me on all accounts.  The more and accurate the information and data regarding vacuums, especially price which CR has glossed over in the past, the better for readers and buyers.  I was delighted and pleased to see uprights, canisters, hand helds, sticks, and sweepers all in the same issue.
