Maybe at some stores, but it may be worth a try for some, as it was for me.  I orginally bought mine at 20% off. The next day they had them at 30% off, so I had them do a price adjustment. Now, 2 weeks later, even after I used it once, they are 50% off and they gladly did another price adjustment. I've saved over $300 by having them do the re-rings.
