Just came across this Kijiji add today. I suppose it may be useful in some instances???     What do you think for $260 Canadian???

For those of you who want to buy, here is a link to the add:     http://montreal.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-tools-equipment-SnowBlader-Accessory-W0QQAdIdZ269946485

Personally, I can see no immediate use for such a device.   If it could be angled to push snow to one side, that would make sense.  Straight ahead like that???   Not too functional.   I'd say it would be more bother than useful.

What a great piece.  ?? Possibly a slush pusher.  The machine looks like an 8-10hp MTD and that's a decent amount of power for pushing with the auger off.  When not in use it's a front end weight to complement the light MTD bucket.

Obviously multifunctional for spreading loam, leveling garden beds or a freshly rototilled patch of garden.  GtWtNorth, snap it up and get a patent on it before an Ariens engineer sees it and buys it for the company to market.  You'll make millions.

You never know what's usefull to someone.  A guy bought a 10h MTD track from me and gave me bucket.  He was in construction and wanted something to haul cinder blocks over newly cleared but very rough land.  He made up a carrier for the front.

I'm all for multi-tasking machines but some folks get carried away.  Saw an ad for a Troy-Bilt tiller and wondered why it was so cheap.  Turns out the previous owner used it to mix cement and never hosed it off when he was done.  The tines were encased in hardened concrete.

See reply #2 and attached pictures.

So simple, even a caveman can figure it out.
