Snow Blower Stalls

My Snow blower only runs with the choke full on. The engine is a Tecumseh HS50 Snow King (according to the sheet in my packet.) Loosining the gas cap has no effect. I expect that the next step is to clean the bowl. Any advice on this task? John G. |
