I have an lt 1036 craftsman 10 hp , I adjusted the bowl and mixture screws to 1 1/2 turns each, starts right up . i turned the idle screw down but it revs real high...i am stuck.....

Check your throttle mechanism to ensure something isn't jambed in the wide open throttle position.
