Check out this dinasaur... Chain driven auger. Anybody know anything about it. It looks like a Lambert which was the JC Penny snowblower  in the 1960's. Not much info online.

 that exhaust is awesome
Me too!     Donjag answered as I was logging in to say the same thing.      It *is* a home-made job, right?      Let us know if it is too high so you're breathing fumes while using the machine.

I have the same snow thrower.  I've got to tell you, when it works, it works very well.  Mine has a fuel problem right now because I've been remiss in maintenance.  One of my original solid tires cracked into pieces so I replaced them with new ones.  The machine itself is a bear.  I'm actually looking to replace it rather than keep tinkering with it.  Any one interested, drop me a line.  I was going to post a photo of it but I can't figure how to do it.

Hi Everyone,        Well its 2 yrs later and I just found this site as I am looking for parts for my poloron which is exactly the same as these pics.  I just did the valves and ignition and now noticed that the bearing for the blower is out and I am searching for parts. Any help would be appreciated if your all still here.  I have extended the shoot so it shoots farther and yes the box to the right is the auger drive  kerryjonjon@yahoo.com
