Snapper rear engine rider stalls out when in gear
Original Message   Jul 8, 2006 2:36 pm
I power washed my snapper  RER and now the engine stalls out.  In neutral its ok.  As soon as I place it in forward or reverse the engind cuts off.  If I hold in the button thats depressed when in neutral and place in forward or reverse its ok but blade will not engage..... Would appreciate any suggestions as to the problem.

Thanks....

Replace the neutral safty switch, you got water in it and now its junk. Maybe you can dry it out if it didnt rust in there.
