I love cross trainers! I have a bad back, so running and rowing are out of the question. I love to bike, but you miss the full body workout. Most people who have belonged to a gym will have seen life fitness exercise equipment before. The X3 is very similar to their professional models, but priced so that it is affordable to the consumer.
