Direct TVs answer to Tivo. This unit can record live television and satellite. It is bulky at 16 pounds, but you can use it just like any other television recorder.

Price ranges from 100.00 to 130.00 at online stores

Users had nothing good to say about this one. It records poorly and is very slow. Lots of malfunctions and horrible customer service all around between users.
