Review section now works! Everyone can now post a review of their various OPE.

Thanks Peter!

It does work, but the area where you insert price paid allows you to insert #'s but they don't get posted.

That's interesting. Works for me. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi Peter,

Yes, I see that it does show now, it didn't when I posted. I do see that the price I entered is not reflected in the avg price paid for the unit. This would be the toro 3650.

Hmm. Some of the old ones may not, but from here forward it should definitely work.

Hi Marshal,

Thanks for getting the review section up and running. It's didn't post the price in my review, but I can live with it.

It didn't post my price either but I think putting a $ sign before the numbers screwed it up. In the edit mode I put in numbers only and it accepted the price.

The picture feature I have not figured out yet. I set the browse location to the picture (jpg) on my hard drive (76K) and when I posted the review the picture did not show.

The edit mode doesn't appear to allow the picture addition. Is there anything I can do? Even deleting the review would be fine since I saved the text. There is nothing worse than a naked review.

Thanks for the extra 30 points. Is there an award catalog I can choose from?

Looks like a glitch here. This post shows 61 points. My previous thread post shows 91.

It definitely works for me. Make sure when you are editing the product (you can do this if you added it) that you select "Upload new image" along with selecting the image file from your computer. If not, it will ignore your uploaded picture. You might want to "overwrite" the image I used! Try it out!

Peter:

The $ sign definitely will result in the amount being 0. As soon as I put $ in front of the number the amount goes to 0.

When uploading the image the browse button never changed to upload. Should it or is the upload somewhere else?

I don't see anyway to overwrite the image. Although it is not acceptable to delete any Mac image I would do so for the benefit of the forum.

As usual your comments are very appreciated.

I hope you decide to stay on with the forum. Every male (and I have learned some females) like to talk OPE.

Marshall:

Up until the last change that Peter made I did not get an editing box for the image. Only for the text.

Hi Marshall,

Can you tell me why my Toro 828 review keeps getting pushed further down the list? It seems anyone that posts something new, that review starts at the top. Mine just keeps getting pushed further down the line. Seems strange.

Richie:

I believe the list is sorted by post date. That post date is the original post or an edited post.

If you want your review to be higher up try editing it (such as adding a space somewhere) and then repost. My guess is you will be number one.

If it works don't spread the word or everyone may use the same trick.

It was a nice review.
