Spray On Truck Bed Liners
Original Message   Apr 16, 2005 8:03 pm
Does anyone have a spray on bed liner like Line-X or Rhino in their truck beds?

If so, which brand and how do you like them compared to the removeable liners?

                                                                                       Thanks,

                                                                                              Dan

I had a Chevy S-10 a few years ago that I had the Rhino lining put on. Loved it! That's one tough liner. The bed would have definitely outlasted the life of the truck itself.

Being that it is sprayed on like paint and not dropped in, there are no areas for water to seep through and sit leading to rusting of the bed. Nice look to it too.

One thing to consider though is the weight added to the vehicle. I think the spray on liners end up being heavier than the drop in ones.

Just my two cents.

Things don't slide around as much in the spray-on liners either...........a real plus!

A number of companies make cool Camper shells and hard tonneau's today.

This place is in Tulsa where I am. They have a little bit of everything for trucks. Truck-N-Stuff

I nice guy in Kansas was selling a 1966 VW Bug...all done in line-x instead of a paint job.  I still got pictures, and the guys phone number, etc.
I fell in love with it, but he wanted too much for my wallet.
I thought it was the neatest thing I ever saw......!
I've been looking to buy two VW bugs for the past few months......one for my wife and one for my son.
I know this did not have too much to do with the first post, just thought I'd chime in.

i'm partial to Rhino lining as i spray it for a living........................

they dont make it any tougher....................

Line-x would be my next choice if i couldnt get Rhino.....................

i've sprayed Scorpion lining but it wasnt tough enough for general abuse.................

never buy the junk that comes in a can ........................

all it does is make a mess.....................no protection at all..............................

just my opinion,
