Vacuum Cleaners Discussions

Hi there, For anybody with commercial vacumming expertise: I have a brand new Hoover CH83025 Ground Command 12 Gallon Carpet Spot Extractor with In-Line Heater. The appliance is in perfect working order, however after several attempts, it does not remove the carpet spots at all. Wondering what I'm doing wrong. Anybody have any experience with these vacs? The first thing to check on is if the water is moving into the carpet fibers and being extracted out of them. If it is, and the water is hot, then it is probably the cleaning chemicals you are using.
