With more and more of the TV shows we watch being widescreen and HD we needed to make the switch.
The picture on this thing is astounding. Most impressive is the black. All of the LCD sets we looked at had a real hard time coming up with a dark grey. The cablebox card is a nice feature but it may not get use because our DVR is in our cable box.
The speakers are suprisingly good for being so thin. I was expecting to have to purchase a whole home theater to go with this but that can now wait a while.
We got the wall mount kit and it really looks great just hanging up there. Another bonus is that we reclaimed some space in the family room because our TV does not stick out 25 inches from the wall anymore.
