I know I have not been clearing a ton of snow in 1 minute. That does not sound right to me.

pull start on ariens 1128

Tryed to post this on "WTB" but not to many replies so I will try this site. Ok after running my ariens for the first time for about an hour I shut it down for about 5 to 10 minutes then went to go and start it again the pull start felt like it had a lot of force behind it but I pulled it anyway and the cord broke so I fixed the cord but it still has a lot of force behind it. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
