I've owned this saw for over a year now. I needed a smaller saw to supplement my cutting needs. I have two large Jonsereds saws that weigh in at around 20 lbs. each. Too heavy for limbing and light work.

I have done a fair amount of cutting with the CS346 and as usual, Echo have come through with another great product. This saw has a more advanced ignition system than their less expensive models. Not sure if that contributes much to the saw's overall performance but this little thing works hard and long, sipping little fuel.

Can't understand why Echo discontinued this model. It was quite a bit more expensive than a CS306 but it's supposed to be a commercial grade saw. I'm very glad that I managed to get my hands on one while they were available.
