This is the worst snow shovel I have ever owned. If it isn't held at an exact angle, one of two things happens, First, to sharp of an angle and the shovel cannot be pushed, if the angle falls below that magic angle of the shovel working, the back side of the shovel will drag on the ground lifting the blade off the ground, and letting the snow you are trying to shovel passes under the shovel.
This leaves me to believe that the shovel was designed in a climate where they don't have snow to shovel.
As stated, this is the worst shovel I have ever purchased.
