As you know Black and Decker makes quality tools. You will not be disappointed in this tool.

I like to trim my bushes before there are leaves and vines. My hedges have all sizes of branches and vines to cut. I love the fact that my hedge trimmer has no difficulty cutting through all widths of vines and limbs. There is more width between the teeth which makes it easier.

The 22 inch blade is perfect for my needs. I like the cord lock feature. Your cord will not become unattached from the hedge trimmer which can be a pain.

The wrap around grip holder is very comfortable to hold. I have never got blisters while using this tool. The automatic stop feature is a safety feature which gives me piece of mind. If it hits something like a a chain fence it will stop in less than a half a second.

Date Purchased: 06/2004
Price Paid: $50
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Heavy duty 2.6A motor and transmission system
AutoStop blade system - release trigger and blade stops in under 1/2 second
Wrap around handle design
Precision machine sharpened blades.

Cons:
nothing
