Some pics: https://picasaweb.google.com/speedyjyj/Apr172011?authkey=Gv1sRgCOqIl7uRranxzwE# i hope you can see them. And answering my own question - the bulb is a PX15d rated @ 25w/25w. I am looking to do an AC/DC rectifier addition/LED equivalent and then hopefully, heated grips from the remaining power. There is apparently, a 50W stator option on the GX160, although I have no idea what comes stock on the HS622 series. More to come. Changed the oil today and gave her a good clean.
Honda HS622TCS (Canadian)

So I picked up this unit off Kijiji here in the Toronto area after shopping for months. GX160 powered, gear driven (not hydraulic), tracked unit, with 120v electric start. Clean, minimal rust in the auger/impeller housing and otherwise in good condition. Questions for those in the know (if any?): The light is rather dim for 50W - anything better to replace it with? (better bulb type/brand, LED, etc.) Where do I get the plastic shroud that goes over the top of the auger housing to handle those tall drifts? Given the serial #, how do I find the year this thing was made? All I can find are US models, and this model was never sold in the US Any other tips and tricks? This is my first unit. My father law has a monster Craftsmen (13hp) and my father has an HS621 of recent vintage (2 years). I wanted a 2 stage, a Honda engine and tracks and thus, this was the unit in my budget. I've always been a Honda fan (ATV's, mowers, 3 wheelers, etc.) for the past 30 years, hence my engine preference. I'll post a picture soon. Thanks in advance.
