Timing Belt for 2004 Honda dx civic 4 dr 1.7 lit mtr sedan

Looking for info in what is required to go with timing belt for above. As far as i know i should at same time get new water pump, cam shaft seal, top pan gasket & crank oil seal. Appreciate hearing asap from knowledgeable source on this as i,m not interested in guessing. Very imp. to me as funds are limited.
specified oil for hs928 snowblower is sae 5w30 marine oil. Is it okay to use sae 5 w 20 car motor oil?

Is it okay without any predicted problems to use sae5w20 motor oil instead of sae5w30 marine oil for this model snowblower. It,s a hs928 honda model
