Thanks to your tip; I found my recently HD purchased 11528LE and my neighbors recently HD purchased 926LE with the same problem (Chute Deflector Cable clearance to electrical spade). The "flip clamp" idea moved the Chute Deflector Cable 1" away from the electrical spade..... more than adequate clearance for the range of cable movement.
