Re: I got to try new blower today

Try pushing down on the handles when coming into a turn so the front of the blower lifts up and spin the machine into your turn. Works well for me with both wheels locked. Toro 826LE, welcome and enjoy the new toy.

That was not right for the seller to advertise a model and deliver another and you should contact him to try and get a refund of some sort, however that would cost you money to ship the unit. On the other side of the situation, you got yourself a great machine. I have the 826 LE, last years model with the joystick chute and I couldn't be happier, throws snow unlike anything I have ever seen, people even stop to watch when I'm blowing the driveway (50x100 ft). Cute control is amazing and the chute/intake material although not metal will last forever but I would be cautious depending on where you live of large rocks at the EOD. Here in my area it's residential so the plows don't leave any large rocks. Ice isn't a problem, my machine eats all up. Rtaing of 1-10, I will give it a 9. Take care and may the snow be with you!!!

I totally agree with you, hope we get some major BLIZZARD activity very soon so I can get the old(2004_8/26LE) girl out of the workshop and give her a good workout. I even use the machine if there is 1 1/2 inch on the ground dreaming it was 12 inches of fresh powder.

Thanks Marshall,

Hey that could be the reason why I did not get a reply from toro when I emailed them about this, inserted my model number, SN etc.. NO REPLY.

I will check for the blank card or maybe even try registering online?
