Re: Considering a backpack vac- suggestions?
#1   Jan 12, 2013 11:43 am
Back pack vacuums are great however they are designed for large areas and open space except most of them do not have a rotating brush. Therefore if you live a house that have a pad and knap to your carpet plus if you have any pets, that kind of vacuum  would not be great for that kind of flooring. These vacuums are great for industrial kind of carpet and bear flooring only. While looking for a vacuum make sure to consider whether the vacuum is made for American homes as 97% of vacuums are designed for foreign homes.

If you want durability than Sebo is your vacuum however they are lite on agitation however if you are interested in cleaning and durability  than you must look into the Riccar Brilliance.

Buy the Riccar vacuum, it is made in America for American homes. 97% of vacuums are made overseas for foreign homes. Our way of living is totally different than say for example european homes. You need a vacuum that will create a mini earthquake infront of the vacuum. Suction only clean or remove loosened dirt, embeded dirt require a v acuum capable of loosining the embeded dirt, only than the suction can tranfer the dirt from point A to Point B. Definitly a canister based on the flooring you have.

It cost Dyson $35.00 to build their vacuum, that is including the fancy box. 60% of the retail cost goes to marketing their vacuum.
