Toro 524 snow blower no spark

I have a toro 524 snow blower that died.It dont have a spark.I took the flywheel off replaced with new ones points condenser & coil.I also diconected the main kill wire going to the points and still no spark.I do get some spark if i check it with a meter but not enough to even see with the naked eye

  Put one side of the plug wire on your finger and the orther to metal.  You should get zapped.  Spark can be very tough to see in daylight.  If your meter is a spark tester put a black cloth or paper behind it.
