Try searching here. Last year a woman who is involved with the company that is a descendant of Jari posted here, and a year or two before the son of the original owner was here also. There may be some info there. I had never even heard of these but found out about it from those threads.

What is your model?

If a tensioner is being held tight with wire then it probalby should have a spring.  Many makers have drive plate that always turns at speed and a friction disk that brought up to meet it after a clutch lever press.  The wheel drive belt is always tight and held tight by a tensioner pulley usualy under spring tension.  If similar, look at the tensioner and for a hole or small bar that could catch a spring.  Then look 2-4 inches away for a hole, slot or edge over which a spring could be put.  Get a spring at a local hardware store to keep the tension reasonable.  Other than that, take a pictures and post them.  To post a picture put it somewhere on the net.  When posting, the post header has a letter shape.  Click that and insert the link to where your picture is.  The posting software will get the picture and insert it into the post.
