Sears Snow Thrower, C950-521540
Original Message   Oct 7, 2010 10:23 am
Sears Snow Thrower, C950-521540,

Does anyone out there Know the actual Manufacturer of said model and possible original Model Number ?

Sears has a wonderful (NOT) habit of getting equipment from other manufacturers then ripping the original Model stickers off and putting there own on ,so that you have to go to Sears for all the parts.

I am trying to get a new 2 pc brass bushing for the main Transmission shaft and 2  brass bushings for the Drive wheels shaft.

I already obtained a new rubber drive disc wheel that appearantly is a ARIENS/Noma ( bar code # 032488760701 or 5400182639417 ) this replaces old part # 22013/53830 the other number on the bar code sticker is 76-070.

If no help for first request , what about a parts manuel / owners manuel ?

thanks for any and all help

Pretty sure that's a Murray number.

You can get generic bushings.  They are generally not unusual sizes.

Murray made runs for years.  Even when changing top side features they kept running gear mostly the same for years.  You can checkout the link below and find a blower similar to yours then google the part number.   When Sears no longer has models at their site the site below is helpful.  They do not have all models but enough drawings are there to cross to other models and finding one like yours is very likely.   Sometimes I can get a model number, google it and find it's no longer available but there will be sizes given which I can use to get a replacement.

Finding your specific model would be hit or miss but the listings in bold type are clickable for drawings.
