Did I screw this up?
Original Message   Dec 16, 2008 8:31 am
I have an older HH60 Tecumseh engine I am rebuilding. (My first rebuild). I used my seal puller to pull out the oil seal in the cylinder cover. Apparently, my seal puller made a small indentation on the outside edge of the plain bearing. Will this cause a problem?

In the post window there is a box (third in from the right) to insert a picture.

You first upload a picture to someplace on the net.

In your post click the insert button to insert the picture.

The picture address you enter (http) is capitalization sensitive so must match.

l assume you mean the crankshat seal ?, if its a deep score l would just sand it smooth with some emery cloth, and it should be fine, when u install the new seal put some silcone around the outside if the seal thin layer is all you need.
