Original Message   Feb 11, 2008 9:00 pm
I have a MTD 10 HP snow blower. My pulley belts are disengaging as soon as i activate the handle for snow throwing???? As anyone had this problem I have put new belts on but the belts keep coming out. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.I have played with the tension adjustment to try to prevent the belts from coming loose, but have had no luck. unit is a couple of years old . I had similiar problem last year but  after I adjusted the tension the unit was fine until now.
