toro generator
Original Message   Dec 27, 2007 8:49 pm
I was given a Toro T3000D generator.  It doesn't have a spark.  A friend said that the ignition module was bad and Toro doesn't have any parts for this old model anymore.
Any idea about a work around solution?  Thanks for your help.

They have universal ingition module that u can buy, make sure if u get one its rated for the horsepower of the generator. they cost about  $15-25.

what year is your generator, does it have points or electronic ingition and if electronic ingition is it built into the coil or separate module, also make sure u replace the spark plug.
