Toro Lawnmower
Original Message   Jun 7, 2007 5:13 pm
I have a one year old Toro 6.5 HP lawnmower that will not run without the red primer bulb being held in.  Happened at the end of mowing a lawn after about 20 minutes.  I put new fuel in - the filter is clean and the spark plug looks good.  any ideas?

Pinch off the fuel line and remove the bowl nut at the bottom of the carb bowl and remove the bowl. Clean out the bowl and poke out the tiny passages on the bowl nut.

This is the main fuel jet. Use a bread bag twist tie and carb cleaner and compressed air if its available.
