Original Message   May 4, 2007 4:48 pm
i'm having a problem troubleshooting a homelite 33cc chainsaw. troubleshooting guide suggests ajusting the L needle counter clockwise 1/16 of a turn. my question is,

when i look at the two adjustment slots i don't see a normal screw to adust. do i need a special tool to make this adjustment. the manuel that homelite gives you does not show any kind of information on doing this. it just says to make this adjust ment. help!

very carefully remove the plastic epa stops.  once removed you should be able to get at the actual screws
