Try MTD's web site. I would also suggest searching eBay periodically. There is currently a listing for a Yard-Man Model 7020-0 Snowbird Manual/Part List

Thanks for answering. MTD has already been no help. I even called their 800 # and spoke with a real live body! I'll keep trying e-bay.
