i has a older toto model s200 snowthrower. it start right up but engine cant get to speed. it idels only. when i move the throttel level on carburater the engine speed dont change. what can the problem be? thx

on the order s200 the excellerator rod gets stuck. hitting it width a hummer will free them up.

your right dick. jest hid it hard enough too knock it loose. any harder than that and you could knock it right off the engine.
