hi,
trying to start that noma blower,almost new,spent winter outside ,she did not use it for a year,now trying to start it with rope pull!
i check for spark at plug with wire removed and close to plug.but did not see any spark.
could it be a bad plug,will a babd plug show no spark when you crank it.
or could ignition be bad,it's not very old as not run very much,what else can i check?

  make sure throttle control is up towards full throttle,  all the way down will kill engine,  2nd if equipped with a on off key  thats its in the on position
