thats odd, I paid a visit to HD tonight and they didn't seem to have anything. I looked in the seasonal area and all they had was the basic blades, spark plugs and regular lawn mower maintenance parts. I guess Canada gets shafted :D

LOUDSUBS, It comes in two different packaging.Either the cone by itself or the way I bought mine in a combo pack with a sharpening stone that fits a high speed drill.I just don't remember which store has what.

thanks! Did you find it in the seasonal area along with mower blades, spark plugs and other tune up parts, or was it in another section of the store?

I picked mine up at a commercial mower dealer (or you could try a place that sells home or pro lawn equipment). They frequently sell those accessories or can order it for you. You could also try searching the net for a "mower blade balancer". I found that hanging it on a nail is not as effective. For sharpening nothing beats a 4" to 4-1/2", 10,000 rpm right angle hand grinder. Get a coarse or medium metal grinding wheel and use a face shield (or at least safety glasses). It cuts quickly and you can take a lot off without burning the blade.
