Does your Home Depot have the Deere G110?
Original Message   Apr 13, 2005 11:17 am
While I was at my local Home Depot (Stroudsburg, PA) on the weekend. I noticed the Deere "L" series machines all parked together, but no G110. I picked up a catalog and there was no G110 listed, no "G" series of any kind. Did Home Depot stop selling these? Did Deere stop making them? Not that I'm gonna miss them, but it was the only Deere garden tractor available outside of the dealer network.

Joe, I can't help you on this one, I haven't been to one of my three local HD's in a year. As for Deere still selling them or not, I am almost sure they are.

Hey Marshall,

Your post prompted me to check out Deere's website, and they don't list the "G" series at all. Which seemed odd as they made a big deal of replacing the G100 with the G110 recently. With that knowledge, I suspect they are no longer made.

Robmints,

You are a better detective than I am to have found that. Thanks! Now I just gotta figure out why my local HD doesn't have these......

Rob, I knew they were on the website, I looked at them yesterday, I just couldn't be 100% sure they are still selling them after what Joe brought up. I imaginer that Joe's HD is just out of them or not stocking them any longer, maybe all HD's?

Pretty spensive, Lucy.

The LT180 and the LX277 look nice.

Looks like you need to go to the Conquest to get the ACT.

After all this new stuff, I still think I would pick a Toro 300 WheelHorse.

I might test a Cub 2500 though.

Agreed, the Toro 300 series is just a tough azz tractor. A deck is extra though.

I think you can get ACT on the Broadmoor but it's not a GT.
