Thank you Maddfrog!! That did it! 1 pin was only through the gold axle portion, while the other pin was through both the gold axle and the gray wheel. It's fixed. thank you very very much! made my day to know I don't have to lift that thing and squeeze it iback nto my suv! Thanks!

Brand New Ariens - pulls to one side - 1 wheel going faster than the other - please help!

Does anyone know an easy fix to this? It is the new 9.25 HP Ariens from Home Depot - I used it for the first time yesterday (bought it exactly 2 weeks ago). It pulls very hard to one side. If I let it go, it would go in a circle. Is there an easy fix to make both wheels spin at the same speed? I'd rather not have to force this thing in my jeep again to return it to the store. Any help is appreciated!!
