Sunday school and church
Original Message   Mar 20, 2005 6:52 am
I am looking forward today to my first Sunday school in two months.  Since my operation I have not been able to sit thru Sunday school and Preaching.   My progress is coming along quite well,  getting stronger and I feel I can  handle it this Sunday Morning.   Wish you all a good Sunday, may the God of heaven bless you and your familes not just today but always.---Your friend--Will

Will,
So good to hear you are doing well enough to get to church again.........I'm sure others there were just as blessed as you were just having you back.
Our continued prayers are with you......

Marshall & Frank---It was a good day.    Benches got a little hard even with the cushions but I am getting stronger each day.   Good  to be back with my Church family.  Going back to teaching Sunday School next Sunday.   May have to sit and teach for my Legs give out quite quickly.  Wish all of you the best and may God Bless you and your families now and always.---Will

Will, to me they're always that way and I haven't had by-pass surgery so it sounds like you are very normal in this light. lol

The more your butt hurts sitting in a pew, the better you stand up to life.............

Will,
I don't know how old the children are, but I was wondering what you have planned for a story?

If they are old enough, I love the story of the week preceeding and up to Easter. So they know why it is Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter, when the Last Supper was. Why, how, who, when. To me, this is the most special time of the year. It always amazes me that we sell out the stores on his birthday in celebration. But over this week, think about all that happened. No matter their age, it would be nice if they realized it is not about the Easter Bunny.

What a wonderful day for your return to Sunday school.

Oh yeah, I don't want to seem like a nag, but don't over do it, you still have some recovering to do. Never mind, I'm just a worry wart.

Indeed, it is a good time to back and teach.  We have a service called Sabbath School, where I worship.   It is for adults too, we go research and talk about the bible during that time.  I guess other denominations have that too.   Our website is here.
