Ethel and Mabel
Original Message   Feb 25, 2005 4:13 pm
Two elderly women were eating breakfast in a restaurant one morning.

Ethel noticed something funny about Mabel's ear and she said, "Mabel, did you know you've got a suppository in your left ear?"

Mabel answered, "I have a suppository?" She pulled it out and stared at it.

Then she said, "Ethel, I'm glad you saw this thing. Now I think I know where my hearing aid is."

and the letters get in the wrong places"

What I'm wondering is if she found the hearing aid where the suppository was supposed to go - well did she put the hearing aid back in her ear?

That's bad.........but it reminds me of a TRUE story that happened years ago when I worked for a drugstore chain.
A guy came in and asked the pharmicist what to use for his constipation problem.
Our pharmicist sold him a box of supositories.......
the guy came back in a few days later and told the pharmicist that they worked ok, but they tasted horrible..........

AND THAT IS A TRUE STORY!!!!
