From personal experience with ATI i would just use their stuff for target pratice. I would recommend Nvidia NVTV cards. Nvidia is the leader in video cards and i would trust their stuff over an other company.

Hello hello. here is the Nvidia site for their NVTV cards. http://nvidia.com/page/nvtv.html I like the 512MB SLI cards that they have :) MMM dual = 1024MB of video, not too much if you ask me :) .
