Vladimir Putin recently visited cuba &, noticing that all the cubans had broken shoes, asked Fidel how it was possible that after 40 years of "improvements" the cubans still wore broken shoes.
Fidel replied "and how about in Russia? is it better?" Putin replied yes, if Fidel wanted he could go to Russia & if he saw a single person with broken shoes he had permission to kill that person.
They boarded Putin's plane and flew to Russia, and as soon as Fidel left the plane the first thing he saw was a person wearing broken shoes. He got his pistol and killed him.
