IBM's data protection service
So it’s time to do something about ensuring your computer data is kept safe.
IBM wants to help. They are offering their Tivoli Continous Data Protection for Files to the common man and small businesses. Imagine a data protection product that will save your pics of Aunty Mary and Uncle Ralph at their 60th anniversary as well as your constantly updated timesheets on a continuous, real time basis, rather than the every now and then process you have been using. Once a file is saved, IBM says an encrypted copy is sent to a remote location like one of your USB drives.
Cost will be $35 for each user and you will be able to find it at the usual big box office outlets.
