HEPA, self propelled upright

I need a true Hepa self propelled upright.  I am having a helluva time finding this combination.  To make matters worse on the internet, I find conflicting specifications for various models.  Help!
 
any suggestions.?

I would suggest the eureka self propelled it is cheap and works real good and has a hepa filter
