The Sebo has a little more air flow in CFM and a lot of other nice features and safety devices the Lindhaus does not have. The Sebo adjusts the brush roller automatically and has better filtration. One of the other nice things is it will turn itself off if the bag becomes filled or there is an air restriction in the vacuum. The filters cost less in the SEBO too, so you'll save in the long run with the SEBO. The power nozzle on the Lindhaus is very good and has a cogged belt like the SEBO but you have to manually adjust it for your carpets.  
 
The Lindhaus is a very nice vacuum of high quality but not quite as nice as the SEBO. For all the added features of the SEBO, it still cost less than the Lindhaus too.
