It's NOT free unless you call to cancel. They've got pages of 'Terms and Conditions' and then, if you do NOT call within 30 days after receiving your 'free' credit report, they start charging you $12.95 a month. For a service you didn't know you signed up for. The phone reps are very unhelpful and don't acknowledge that you are paying for a service without knowing it.
